    • Commerce Residents
    • Grandchildren of Commerce Residents (up to 19th Birthday)
    • Children of City Employees
  • Current City of Commerce Resident Activity Card
    • Cards may be obtained at the Aquatorium
    • Bring the following documentation
      • Parent’s Photo ID
      • Current Utility Bill (Gas, Phone, Electric)
      • Birth Certificate (For New Cards)
  • Team Agreement
    • Complete Team Agreement Form
      • Annual Doctor Physical
      • Medical Release Form
